As a general new contractor, we’re able to tackle almost any job; although by law most contractors must hire additional supervisory figures to oversee additional projects, we are a “jack of all trades.” It’s not uncommon during a framing job for us to hear the client pose a roofing concern. We also maintain a great roster of skilled employees who are insured. Though we’ll occasionally use subcontractors, we’ll only work with those who come highly recommended. Most contractors primarily use subs; for us, it’s an exception to the rule. We feel comfortable placing people on the job whom we know do great work.
